Westfield's aggressive plan for replacing an abandoned anchor tenant space was to add retail on 2 levels: the lower level is anchored by Target and the upper level is the food court and anchored with AMC theaters on top of the Target. Connected to a new parking structure, Westfield has provided its patrons with new shopping, restaurants, entertainment and convenience.
